Jarod is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 4 years of experience in this field.
He holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) and is accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
With a strong passion to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disability, Jarod has worked extensively with participants facing neurological conditions such as acquired brain injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Down Syndrome.
He has additional experience working with NDIS participants who have a variety of other movement, intellectual or mental health conditions.
He delivers engaging and fun exercise sessions that focus on improving strength, mobility and motor control to help participants achieve their goals and enjoy life to the fullest.
Jarod’s passion for mentoring and development shines through as he supervises students on placement, nurturing the next generation of Exercise Physiologists.
In his free time, Jarod enjoys camping, beach volleyball, triathlons and country music.
